Roosevelt Island Tram


The Roosevelt Island Tram is the only Tram in NYC. I've never ridden it, as it sort of scares me! Shaking in the wind, however many feet up in the air, is just not my idea of fun. NYC 11/11/07

It's actually quite a beautiful way to commute into Manhattan. Before moving to the Island I had a great fear of heights. But after riding the Tram every day I can honestly say it does not scare me in any way anymore. Heights strangle are still an issue but the Tram is no problem.
